These terms and conditions govern your use of the Direct Physio Care website and the physiotherapy services provided by Mamdouh Sarhan, MSc, MCSP, HCPC Reg.. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Direct Physio Care provides private physiotherapy services including home visits, private one-to-one sessions, and online consultations. All services are provided by Mamdouh Sarhan, who is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP).
Submitting a booking request through this website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive a direct reply from Mamdouh Sarhan via WhatsApp or email. We aim to respond to all booking requests within 4 hours during working hours (Monday–Saturday, 8am–8pm).
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible.
Payment is due at the time of each session unless a package arrangement has been agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment details will be confirmed when your appointment is booked. We do not currently accept credit or debit card payments through this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
